Terms of service

Updated September 11, 2026. These terms describe PodPier’s website service. They do not remove rights that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.

The service

PodPier creates and hosts podcast websites from your existing public RSS feed or your own planning information. It includes editable templates, episode pages, supported RSS synchronization, saved episode promotion campaigns with briefs and editable source-based text drafts, reviewed-asset tracking links, website event statistics, optional confirmed listener signup and creator-authored observations and next actions. Platform analytics reports are entered and saved by the owner and are not automatically verified. Short links record eligible clicks; a valid link tag can be associated with a subscription confirmed by email. Tracked clicks are request counts, not unique listeners; tagged confirmations and historical comparisons do not establish causal audience growth. Your audio hosting and original RSS distribution stay with your podcast provider.

Audio hosting, RSS publishing, transcription, automatic campaigns, automatic episode notifications and automatic custom-domain provisioning are not included. Optional AI organizes source information when configured; editable rules provide a fallback. You review suggestions and explicitly publish your draft.

Your content & permission

You retain your rights to your content and grant the operator permission to store, process and display it to provide the service you request. Submit only material you own or are authorized to use. Do not use PodPier to infringe rights, impersonate others, distribute unlawful content, harvest personal information or attack systems. Tell us about rights complaints through Support.

Importing a public feed is not ownership verification. Email verification and show management verification are required before a Connected site can be published. Review accuracy, artwork rights, links and AI suggestions before approving publication. Source synchronization can update published source content while preserving your published design and manual edits.

Access & account security

An unsaved preview lasts 24 hours. Email confirmation saves a private 14-day trial; confirming again does not restart it. After saved access ends, the draft is normally retained for 30 days so you can export, request help or reactivate it. Public pages and private preview access stop when their access period ends.

Keep sign-in and private preview links confidential. Anyone with a valid sharing link can access that preview until it expires or is revoked. You can revoke sharing links from your workspace.

Subscriptions & service access

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle when enabled. The checkout shows the price, currency, tax and renewal interval. Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled. Payment confirmation grants service for the confirmed paid period; a checkout completion screen alone does not activate service. You still choose when to publish.

An unpaid renewal does not extend access. Scheduled cancellation normally leaves service available through the confirmed paid period. A pause, payment reversal or approved full refund affecting that period may end access. Partial refunds or refunds of older periods do not automatically cancel a separately paid renewal. Availability & changes

RSS hosts, audio providers and external services can fail or change. We cannot guarantee their availability or that every source can be imported. We may maintain or change the service, communicate material changes through the support/account contact where appropriate, and restrict access to address security, abuse or legal requirements. Contact Support about a material service problem. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use & exporting

You can cancel renewal in the billing portal and export your site before access or retention ends. Canceling payment and deleting site content are separate actions. The app requires active or unresolved billing obligations to be resolved before deletion, so deleting a site does not silently leave renewal running.

Paddle purchases are also subject to Paddle Buyer Terms. Where mandatory law provides additional rights, those rights continue to apply.
