PODPIER
Refunds & cancellation
Updated September 11, 2026. This policy covers PodPier website subscriptions purchased through Paddle. Separately quoted assistance has its own agreed scope and conditions, subject to mandatory rights.
Cancel a renewal
Open your site’s Billing & publishing page and choose Manage billing, or follow the management link in your Paddle receipt. You can also request help at Paddle buyer support or contact us below. Confirm the cancellation outcome and effective date in the portal. Scheduled cancellation stops future renewals and normally keeps the confirmed paid period available.
Request a refund
Canceling renewal does not automatically refund a charge. Request a refund through the support link on your Paddle receipt, Paddle buyer support, or our support address. Include the purchase email, receipt/transaction reference and reason; do not send card details or passwords.
Refund eligibility and timing follow the Paddle Refund Policy, Paddle Buyer Terms and applicable consumer law. Statutory withdrawal and defect remedies remain available where they apply. Paddle may consider discretionary requests submitted within 14 days, but a request does not guarantee approval. We do not impose a blanket waiver of mandatory rights.
After a refund or payment problem
An approved full refund or chargeback for the current paid period can remove access for that period. A partial refund or refund of an older period does not automatically cancel a separately paid renewal. Refunds and renewal cancellation are distinct actions; check both if you intend to end service. Unpaid renewals do not extend service automatically.
For a persistent product problem, contact us first so we can investigate, provide assistance or help with a refund request. You may also contact Paddle if it remains unresolved. This does not limit legal rights to dispute a charge.
